Gary Vaynerchuk of The Wine Library and Wine Library TV has acquired Cork’d (the très cool social network for wine enthusiasts) from Dan Benjamin and Dan Cederholm.

Cork’d lets you catalog, rate and review wines as well as create “wish lists” for wines you’d like to buy. You can also check out what wines your buddies are drinking.

I’m lucky enough to live only a few miles from The Wine Library retail store (was there on Saturday. Again.) so I’m really excited to see Gary extending his new media empire.
